I have to admit, I had it in my mind that no one would show up ready to run outside today, but much to my surprise (and delight), I found out just how dedicated you guys are. It's very motivating. Thank you!

Ongoing runs for Summer 2011
Whether you are living in the Greater Grand Forks area or visiting our fair city, please join us for a group run. Here are our standing weekly runs, so send an email to redriverrunnersgf@yahoo.com and make sure to hook up with the RRRGF club! No set distances, all races, all paces. All groups start at the Grand Forks YMCA.
Saturdays, 8AM
Tuesdays, 6PM regular run
Tuesdays, 6PM beginner running group walk/run program $20 for the 10 week program, leading up to a 30 minute run.
