Ongoing runs for Summer 2011
Whether you are living in the Greater Grand Forks area or visiting our fair city, please join us for a group run. Here are our standing weekly runs, so send an email to redriverrunnersgf@yahoo.com and make sure to hook up with the RRRGF club! No set distances, all races, all paces. All groups start at the Grand Forks YMCA.
Saturdays, 8AM
Tuesdays, 6PM regular run
Tuesdays, 6PM beginner running group walk/run program $20 for the 10 week program, leading up to a 30 minute run.

Red River Runners - Grand Forks brings runners young and old, short and tall, fast and slow together for an elevated running experience!
The club meets year-round, and from January through May, RRR-GF offers a training class to prepare runners for the Fargo Marathon and Half Marathon. Register for this training class and run with us every Saturday morning at 8am! No matter what your pace, or what distance you're training for, RRR-GF can help get you to the finish line!

Stacy, The Fall Frolic was a lot of fun. The course was fun, I won a door prize, the trophys were cool and the music was good. Did I mention I won a door prize! Great job as usual!
